Senior Manager, Services Enablement Learning (Director-Scope)

Operated at director scope as the sole L&D leader reporting to the VP of Services. Full P&L accountability, cross-functional authority, and strategic ownership across 3,000+ employees and 3 continents. Built the entire L&D function from zero during 4.5 years of hyper-growth: team building, technology, budget, and strategy. Served as the L&D representative in all major executive initiative meetings beginning late 2024. Scaled customer-facing eLearning from 50 to 637 modules, transitioned training delivery across five product areas from in-person to online to fully hybrid. Launched a universal onboarding program serving 50+ positions across all departments. Built and led a 26-person global team, completed 3 LMS migrations (21+ platforms evaluated), managed $500K+ annual budget, and reduced development cycle time 31% through AI integration.

Senior Trainer & Implementation Lead

Progressed through four roles based on demonstrated training ability and technical expertise across an 8-year tenure. Co-designed and led a 9–11 week new-hire bootcamp, training every cohort bi-weekly for 18 consecutive months. Built deep operational fluency across all dealership departments through 100+ system installations. Developed hands-on workflow simulations replacing theoretical assessments to evaluate field readiness. Featured speaker and workshop developer for customer conferences.

University of Utah — College of Communications

Teaching Assistant & Canvas LMS Administrator

Configured and managed Canvas LMS course environments for Video Productions and Broadcast Journalism courses across three consecutive terms (Fall 2020–Fall 2021). Supported student troubleshooting and assisted with grading. Brought in by two additional faculty members to administer their online courses as the university shifted to remote delivery during COVID. Supported professors with no prior Canvas experience in designing and running fully online courses for the first time.
